May God answer us in times of trial and fulfill the desires of our hearts, through Jesus, our hope and redeemer. Amen.

May the praise of God be always on our lips and in our hearts and minds, in Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

May God enkindle in our hearts the fire of charity and root our actions in love and good zeal, through Christ the Son of God. Amen.

May God of splendor and glory, renew our hope and deepen our love, through Jesus Christ and by the Holy Spirit for the coming year. Amen.

Merciful God, we remember the suffering into which Christ was born, and we humbly pray: Heal us and save us, O God.

Ruler of the Universe, your justice is deeper than the waters and higher than the heavens. In hope we pray.
