Forgiving God, you rescue those who cry out to you in need. In faith we pray:

Give us insight and strength to seek and offer forgiveness.

Thwart the plots of those who seek to oppress or destroy.

Tender the hearts and wills of those who are in prison or rehabilitation centers.
