God of justice, you blessed St. Leo in his pursuit of truth and made him a great leader of your Church. In company with him we pray: God, in your wisdom, hear our prayer.
You strengthen your Church in Word and Sacrament: deepen our love for Scripture and our understanding of Eucharist.
You anoint your Church to herald your kingdom in word and deed: equip the baptized with every grace needed to establish Christ’s reign of peace.
You guide your Church by the light of the Holy Spirit: perfect our hope in Christ this Jubilee Year.

May God bless us, save us from danger, and fill our hearts with the light of truth, through Jesus, our Saving Help.
