God of the living, you rejoice in our salvation. In hope we pray:

Come to our aid, O God.

You protect us from evil: uncover deceitful practices, and free those unjustly accused.

Come to our aid, O God.

You restore peace: quicken peacemaking efforts in the Middle East and around the world, and rejoin military men and women with their families.

Come to our aid, O God.

You release us from bondage: rescue those entrapped by slavery or human trafficking.

Come to our aid, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God bless us with an increase of faith, hope, and love, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
