God of everlasting life, your Son rejoiced in the friendship of Martha, Mary, and Lazarus. With gratitude for the joy that friendship brings, we pray:

Unite us in your love, O God.

Make your Church a place of welcome and hope for all people.

Unite us in your love, O God.

Inspire us to show appreciation and love to our families, friends, and neighbors.

Unite us in your love, O God.

Widen our circle of inclusion, and help us protect the dignity of life at every stage of development.

Unite us in your love, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God grace us with friendship in Christ through one another, by the power of the Holy Spirit working in us. Amen.
