God of heaven and earth, your wisdom can never fully be grasped. We humbly pray:

God, in your compassion, hear our prayer.

Breathe your love and care into our work and prayer.

God, in your compassion, hear our prayer.

Inspire efforts to stop gun violence and acts of hatred.

God, in your compassion, hear our prayer.

Give patience and support to those who wait for a visa, medical diagnosis, or the return of a loved one.

God, in your compassion, hear our prayer.

Our Father . . .

May God strengthen us to act justly, love tenderly, and walk humbly with Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
