Beneficent God, as we celebrate Earth Day and acknowledge the beginning of Passover, we are mindful of your many gifts and we joyfully pray:

God of life, hear us. Enrich your Church through ecumenical dialogue and collaborative action for justice.

God of life, hear us.

Help us to reverence the earth, share her resources, and conserve her riches for future generations.

God of life, hear us.

Give gladness and peace to our Jewish brothers and sisters as they prepare for the celebration of Passover.

God of life, hear us.

Our Father . . .

May God lead us from slavery to freedom, from despair to joy, from mourning to celebration, and from bondage to redemption, through Jesus our Shepherd. Amen.
