Loving God, you are forever present to us. On this Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we humbly pray: God, come to our aid.

Help us to honor the cultures and histories of the Native American people.

God, come to our aid.

Lead us to know our connectedness with one another, the land, and all creation.

God, come to our aid.

Heal relationship wounds and help us to listen with compassion.

God, come to our aid.

Our Father . . .

May God strengthen us to see Christ in one another, to love our neighbor as we love ourselves, and to offer praise for the richness of diversity. Amen.
