The Order of Saint Benedict doing business as Liturgical Press will collect and use personal information that you provide to us when you use the Give Us This Day website and app. Your use of our website and app indicates your acceptance of our privacy policy and your consent to our collection and use of your personal information.

Your personal information includes but is not limited to your name, company name, address, telephone number, and email address. We also collect information about the type of device you are using, as well as browser, operating system, screen size and resolution, IP address, and access time.

We will not sell or reveal your personal information to any other company, except vendors of Liturgical Press for the sole purpose of fulfilling our obligation to you as a subscriber.

We use personal information in aggregate (not identifying you as an individual) to evaluate and improve Give Us This Day.

We will use your personal information to communicate changes in products, services, and policies regarding products that you have purchased. We reserve the right to change this privacy policy in the future. Any changes to the policy will be posted to the Give Us This Day website and in the app. Your continued use of our website and app after a policy update indicates your acceptance and consent to the policy.

Copyright and permissions

Each purchase and subscription is for the personal, non-commercial use of the registered user or subscriber only. All content, print and digital, and any material emailed to you is protected under copyright of Liturgical Press or any other copyright holder. You may not reproduce, reprint or transmit digitally all or any part of the content or trademarks (such as Give Us This Day®) in any form or allow anyone to do so without written permission from Liturgical Press or the copyright holder if not Liturgical Press.

Terms of use

Unless specifically stated in any subscription offer, when you place your subscription order, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the initial subscription period and each renewal period thereafter for the same subscription period and at the renewal rate agreed to at the point of order. 

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-259-8470 or sending an email to subscriptions@giveusthisday.org. Cancellation by email must include your name, customer number, telephone number where you may easily be reached and the address associated with your subscription. If you choose to cancel a print or digital subscription we will reimburse all payments received from you, less a pro-rated amount for each issue delivered or published. 

If you choose to cancel a gift subscription, the person who initially purchased the gift subscription and only that person may receive any refunds or other payments that may be due.
