God, our refuge, at dawn you fill us with your faithful love. We humbly pray: God, teach us your hidden wisdom.  

Give joy and inspiration to theological thinkers and doers. 

God, teach us your hidden wisdom. 

Animate our faith, hope, and creativity in difficult or challenging circumstances.  

God, teach us your hidden wisdom. 

Embolden leaders to use their position and gifts for the common good.  

God, teach us your hidden wisdom. 

Our Father . . .  

May God bless us with the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding and enrich our lives with every gift of the Spirit. Amen.

Sr. Susan Barber, OSB

Sister Susan Barber, OSB, is a member of the Benedictine Community of Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison, KS. She received a master’s degree in Music from UMKC and a master’s degree from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Susan is currently the community’s liturgist. She is one of the community’s main organists and pianists. Susan graduated from Souljourners in 2018 and offers retreats at Sophia.
