Nurturing God, in Jesus you gather us in love. We praise you and pray: God, in your love, hear us. 

Grant wisdom, insight, and deep listening to those who teach or accompany others in their spiritual journey. 

     God, in your love, hear us.  

Make your Church attentive and receptive to the ways in which you call men and women today. 

     God, in your love, hear us. 

Prosper your Church’s efforts to engage in the art of encounter.  

     God, in your love, hear us. 

Our Father . . . 

May God look upon us with love and fill our hearts with peace, through Jesus, the Good Shepherd. Amen.

Sr. Susan Barber, OSB

Sister Susan Barber, OSB, is a member of the Benedictine Community of Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison, KS. She received a master’s degree in Music from UMKC and a master’s degree from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Susan is currently the community’s liturgist. She is one of the community’s main organists and pianists. Susan graduated from Souljourners in 2018 and offers retreats at Sophia.
