Compassionate God, in Jesus you show empathy for our weakness. With confidence we pray: Have mercy on us, O God.

Comfort and console those who feel abandoned, ignored, or forgotten.

Have mercy on us, O God.

Heal those who have experienced betrayal or breach of trust.

Have mercy on us, O God.

Prosper the labor of farmers, gardeners, and all who work the land.

Have mercy on us, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God give us grace to accept the things we cannot change, courage to change what we can, and wisdom to know the difference, through Jesus our brother. Amen.
