Holy God, we rejoice to honor Mary, who shared in Christ’s passion at the foot of the cross. In company with her we pray:  Show us mercy, O God.

Comfort parents who grieve the death of a child.

Show us mercy, O God.

Inspire efforts to locate missing children and adults.

Show us mercy, O God.

Prosper fruitful dialogue, understanding, and respect among Muslims, Christians, and Jews.

Show us mercy, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God strengthen us to share in the compassion of Christ, and let our faith bear fruit in acts of love and mercy, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
